There's no such thing as a quick fix when it comes to your skin.

There's no such thing as a quick fix when it comes to your skin.

Give Your Skin The Attention It Deserves: Your skin needs time to repair and replenish once you introduce a new routine.

The skin cell cycle is 30 days, which means it takes 30 days for a fresh skin cell to make its way from the dermal layer of your skin out through the epidermis, to the outer layers of your skin, where it's seen on the surface of your skin.

This means that any changes that you make to your skincare routine take at least 30 days to reflect on the surface of your skin. You might see some subtle changes within this time, but the full effect of a new skincare routine takes at least 30 days to show. Having said that if the product doesn't working for you within the 30 days, you will know if you're experiencing any dryness, irritation, or inflammation, you should stop using the product immediately.

However, if your skin is continuing to improve, if you're noticing a reduction in inflammation and your acne is becoming less and less, then you're tracking in the right direction.

And while it  might be tempting to introduce additional products, to try and accelerate the healing process, but you can accelerate the skin cell cycle that 30 days is locked in and you really just need to wait it out.

Your skin is a living organ and like every other organ of your body it needs time to properly repair and regenerate. Don't expect to see results immediately, because lasting change won't be noticeable overnight. To get the best possible result from your skin care routine, once you've established your new routine is working for your skin, all you need to do is stay patient, stay consistent and wait for the natural rejuvenation process to complete it's cycle.
